This is the first building at the mixed use development known as Wyandanch Village in the Town of Babylon. Overlooking a new park and the transit station the five story building contains retail with a pedestrian covered entry from the parking lot behind. At five stories, this is one level of retail with four stories of residential apartments above. This building contain 91 units and is a mix of 3 bed-room, 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments. The design is broken up into 5 distinct facades each with their own architectural style. The design was reviewed by the Town of Babylon in keeping with the Form Based Code.
