BHC is the Architect for this new 165 key extended stay hotel located on the edge of Harbor Point. The building is ready for construction and frames a corner that provides an enclosure and establishes a linear park which connects to a new 500 unit apartment development. The development of Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use project with three million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space. BHC has provided architectural services throughout this development and our Baltimore office is located within the development at 1300 Thames Street.
