This is the second building at the mixed use development known as Wyandanch Village in the Town of Babylon. Overlooking a new park and the transit station and park, the four story building contains retail at the base, with three stories of apartments above. This building contain 86 units and is a mix of 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom apartments and Studio Apartments. The design is broken up into 7 distinct facades each with their own architectural style. The design was reviewed by the Town of Babylon in keeping with the Form Based Code. It is now complete.
