BHC is currently performing a complete renovation of 1001 Fleet including a makeover of the existing office lobby, the creation of a new tenant amenity space / rooftop terrace on the 4th floor, and new retail storefronts around the entire buildings base. BHC designed the original building twenty years ago in 1998 which includes a 150,000 sf class A office building, 145 key Marriott Courtyard Hotel, 650 car enclosed parking garage and over 30,000 sf of street level retail.
