1405 Point Street

 

The Point Street Apartment development is the second phase of a multi-phase build-out of Harbor Point, a 30 acre mixed-use development on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Completed in 2018 the building includes 278 market rate apartments designed to take advantage of harbor views, a lobby leasing center on the ground floor, a 175 car below grade parking garage and 7,000 sf amenity space on the 11th floor where the building steps back to create an outdoor terrace with pool. The project is LEED Silver.
