Now under construction in Bay Shore, NY is a Mixed Use Redevelopment on a 10.43 acre site one block North of Main Street. This development contains 418 residential units, with associated amenities and a 1,650 SF Retail component. Lining the street-front are Townhouse type units and terraces to improve connectivity and enhance the pedestrian experience. BHC worked with the developer to rezone the property to Downtown Development District which allowed for the greater density and height seen here.
