BHC Architects is the Design Architect for this corner site adjacent to the Lynbrook Train station, which has been vacant for over ten yers. Formerly known as the ‘Feather factory’ this site is perfect as a Transit Oriented market rate development.

The program includes 200 residential units, with associated Amenity space and structured parking. In addition there is a cafe. Parking is approached off of Sunrise and will inlcude a porte-cochere drop-off zone.

Amenities are on the ground floor and on the second level amenity deck. The project is an ideal Transit-Oriented Development project.
