This 270,000-sf office building is part of the Parcel B development at the center of Harbor East. Part of an entire block in addition to the office building the block also includes a 7-screen multiplex theater, 5 floors of live/work units, 130 units of luxury condominiums, retail space and a parking garage for 1,100 cars. BHC served as Architect of Record for the entire development.
