BHC worked directly with the Town of North Hempstead Community Development Agency to develop this design. The project was further refined by selected developer Conifer Realty of Rochester, NY. The project received funding from NYC HCR and consists of 36 new apartments on three floors. Constructed of wood frame with cementitious siding and masonry at the base it sets the tone at the eastern gateway for the downtown revitalization of New Cassel, NY.
