This is a mixed use project with 522 rental apartments planned in two 15 story Oceanfront buildings. The podium below joins the towers and contains parking and varied retail spaces to activate the new Long Beach boardwalk. The roof of the podium provides amenities for the residents including indoor pool, gym, social and interactive spaces. The project received approval from the City of Long Beach in February 2014.
