Beatty Harvey Coco Architects designed this 215 Unit Multifamily Market Rate Transit Oriented Development Project in Baldwin, NY. We came up with the concept plan for the orientation of the buildings, the pocket park along Sunrise Highway and alternating brick colors to break down the scale of the building. In terms of planning, we designed the vehicular drop off on Harrison and designed the central courtyard. Our renderings, which were critical to the approval process were well received by the Town of Hempstead and helped illustrate the benefits of the project to the Town and the public.
