Harbor Point is a 27-acre mixed-use project with three million square feet of office, retail, residential, and hotel uses, as well as 9.5 acres of open space.

BHC has been working with Beatty Development since its inception to develop this once gritty industrial site into one of the most prominent waterfront developments on the East Coast. Harbor Point is transforming itself into Baltimore’s newest waterfront neighborhood, seamlessly blending office, retail, residences, hotels, and an unprecedented amount of green space into a dynamic new extension of the city.
