We have worked with developers who specialize in high-end market rate housing where the design of the facility and the individual units themselves is a priority. We take into consideration the view, the access to daylight and other utilitarian items such as service and proximity to elevators.

BHC has completed over 1,000 market housing units. Some examples include the Four Seasons Residences in Baltimore, where we customized many of the units to suit the specific needs of the Owner to Spinnaker Bay, The Vue, The Wel, The Shipyard, Fieldstone, The Alden and Shoregate on LI.
