This five story artist's housing project is located on West Main Street in Riverhead, NY. 45 units above an art gallery and parking below incorporate outstanding views of the Peconic River, the Main Street side is designed in a variety of architectural styles to be sensitive to the fabric and scale of the surrounding buildings on the street.
“Everything we want our town to be is sort of encapsulated in this project” said Riverhead Town Supervisor Laura Jens-Smith at the ribbon cutting.
