This three story mixed use development is located adjacent to the Port Jefferson LIRR Station. It is the first project built in the new Zoning District which allows for greater density and height along Main Street. The development contains retail at the ground level and apartments above. The project also provides for a new ‘Station Street’ which improves the flow of traffic at the Station.
