BHC worked with Armada Hoffler to design this 16 story mixed-use hotel/residential project in Virginia Beach.  Situated in a full city block in the downtown area the building design included a 160-room Aloft hotel, 190 residential apartments, a 35,000-sf conference center, and retail space throughout the ground floor.
