Located in Wyandanch Village part of the ‘Wyandanch Rising’ initiative this building will provide 94 units of Senior Housing. We worked with Albanese Organization and their development partner SelfHelp to provide a new five story building that caters to Seniors. The building has a central courtyard and is framed at each end by Community Gardens and Public Artwork. It will also serve to wrap and screen the MTA Parking Garage. The project is now completed.

At the ribbon cutting New York State Homes and Community Renewal Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas said, “Wyandanch Village now offers nearly 400 apartments for a range of household incomes in a convenient, transit-oriented location. This type of planned development will serve as a model across New York State for how to build smart, sustainable, and mixed-use communities.”
